Acceptance and scope
These Terms govern arjia.tech, its contact forms, and Nyx. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms and explains how personal information is processed. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website purpose
arjia.tech shares information about Arjia Technologies, its work, ideas, public resources, and ways to get in touch. Site content is informational and may change.

Nyx and AI-generated information
Nyx is an AI-powered website guide. Before messaging, choose “Allow and chat”; this consents to 30-day storage of messages, replies, timestamps, random conversation and tab-session identifiers, and the server-observed IP address as described in the Privacy Policy. If you decline, do not use Nyx; the rest of the site remains available. Responses may be wrong, so verify important decisions. Nyx cannot make binding commitments for Arjia or anyone else.

No professional, investment, or binding advice
Nothing on arjia.tech or in a Nyx response is legal, financial, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Site content and communications do not create a binding offer, promise, or commitment.

Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, overload or interfere with its operation, attempt to extract private data or bypass security, submit malware or spam, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Contact-form submissions and no automatic business relationship
Do not submit passwords, credentials, confidential business information, health or financial details, regulated information, or other highly sensitive data through contact forms or Nyx. A submission creates no client, vendor, employment, fiduciary, or contractual relationship and obligates neither party to proceed.

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, the site’s original content, design, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as permitted by law or with prior permission.

Open-source repositories
Public GitHub and other open-source projects are governed by their own repository licenses. A repository’s included license controls use of that code, even when linked from this site.

Third-party links
The site may link to third-party websites or services for convenience. Arjia does not control those resources and is not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue arjia.tech, Nyx, or site content at any time. Nyx depends on locally operated hardware, electricity, internet access, and third-party delivery services. We do not promise that the site or Nyx will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent permitted by law, the site, Nyx, and site content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arjia Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the site or Nyx. Nothing limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a revision means you accept the revised Terms.
