This Privacy Policy describes privacy practices for arjia.tech, its Contact form and Framer form handling, direct email correspondence, and the Nyx website guide.

The Contact form may collect Name, Email, optional Company or project, inquiry category, Project details, and privacy consent. If you email us directly, we process the information you include in that correspondence.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide Nyx, operate and secure the site, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, meet legal obligations, and improve the service.

Service providers and disclosures

We may rely on Framer for website and form delivery, Cloudflare for delivery and security, and an email provider for correspondence. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a possible business transfer.
